Lynn joined the CPA firm of Martin, DeCruze & Company, LLP (formerly Diane E. Martin, CPA) in 1986 fresh out of high school as an accounting intern. During the next nine years, Lynn would work full-time earning her way to an accounting degree.

In 1995, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Sacred Heart University.

Today, Lynn is a senior member of the firm responsible for managing small business client services and tax compliance and planning for individuals. She is a role model and mentor to newer members of the firm and takes the time to be sure that staff are properly trained in firm policy and procedures, and she supervises their accounting work.

Lynn has a long history of volunteering with local organizations.  She was a member of the Executive Committee and Treasurer of the Marvin School Parent Teacher Organization and Treasurer of the Norwalk Dance Academy Competition Team.  She was also a Girl Scout Leader in Norwalk for 8 years, and she has also been very active with her church's youth programs.  In the business community, Lynn has been a very active participant and volunteer of several organizations, including  Entrepreneurial Women's Network, the Stamford Chamber of Commerce, and Women in Management.

Lynn lives in Norwalk with her husband and daughter and enjoys bowling, theater, and her daughter's dance competitions.
